This is not a band plan: where CW, digital, and phone conventionally sit within a band is voluntary guidance published separately by ARRL and the IARU societies, and is not reproduced here.

What this shows, and what it does not

A United States license states different edges in each ITU region — 40 m ends at 7.200 MHz in Region 1 and 7.300 MHz in Region 2 — so the region changes what is drawn. An upgrade is effective when you earn it, while the public record catches up later, so you can mark a class the record has not reached; marking one changes which row is emphasized and grants nothing. Club stations and callsigns outside the United States have no class in the records dalMap reads.

Morse code is authorized on any frequency your class may use, which is why every band carries it. 60 m is not shown. In the United States it is four discrete channels and one narrow range rather than a band to tune across, with conditions that its frequency edges alone do not carry. Read 47 CFR 97.301 and 97.305 for 60 m. Bands above 70 cm are authorized but not drawn here. 47 CFR 97.301 and 97.305 carry them in full.
